What is Placer.ai Discover: New York 2024?

What is included in the full conference all-access pass?

Full conference pass includes Receptions, Keynote, Breakout Sessions, Roadmap Plenary, Expo Hall, Meals and Networking.

Will I receive more information about how to navigate the in-person event (i.e., how to find a session) before the event?

Yes, there will be a full schedule available online in early Fall as well as a series of emails and prep guides that will help you make the most of the event.

If I miss a session I wanted to attend, will recordings be available after the event?

Yes. If you are unable to attend a session, or would like to review a previous session, recordings will be available following the event.

REGISTRATION
What is included in my registration?

Full conference pass includes Receptions, Keynote, Breakout Sessions, Roadmap Plenary, Expo Hall, Meals and Networking.

How do I qualify for a group rate?

Group rates are automatically offered to groups of 3 or more attendees registering through one transaction. Contact events@placer.ai if you have any questions.

What is the refund policy?

We will issue a full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee, for written cancellation requests received on or before October 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Cancellation requests received between October 16, 2024 and November 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST, will be issued a 50% refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for paid items after November 10, 2024. Refunds will be processed 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation request has been processed and confirmed to the method of payment on the attendee record. If you have not received a refund by December 15, 2024, please contact the events team at events@placer.ai.

What is the cancellation/substitution policy?

Placer.ai may permit a refund or substitution of your registration for the Event to another person within your company at Placer.ai's discretion, subject to the Event’s applicable refund, substitution and cancellation policies set forth on the Event registration page. There are no refunds or credits for no‑shows. Payments made for the Event may not be applied toward the purchase of any other event. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is your exclusive responsibility. Placer.ai is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from any canceled registration or impermissible substitution.

  • Cancellations
    • The Placer.ai Registration Team must receive all cancellation requests in writing or via e-mail to  events@placer.ai by 5:00 PM EST on December 1, 2024. See below regarding eligibility for refund.
  • Substitutions
    • Substitution requests can be processed only via email request to events@placer.ai. An email from the original registrant, including the name of the substitute registrant is required to authorize the transfer. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on December 1, 2024 to have a substitution processed. Substitutions may incur a $25 processing fee.
